- Enrollment and Course Access
- Eligibility: Enrollment is primarily targeted at CEOs, MDs, Business Executives, and decision-makers. AIBS reserves the right to deny enrollment to any applicant at its discretion.
- Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
- Course Access: Access to course materials and platform features is granted upon full payment of the required fees. Access is typically for a defined period, as specified at the time of enrollment. AIBS reserves the right to modify course content, schedules, or delivery methods without prior notice.
- Fees and Payment
- Fees: All course fees are clearly stated at the time of registration and are non-negotiable.
- Payment: Payment must be made in full, or according to an agreed-upon payment plan, before access is granted.
- Refunds and Cancellations:
- All fees are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis under extraordinary circumstances and must be submitted in writing.
- AIBS reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course. In such events, enrolled participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of the course fee.
- Intellectual Property (IP)
- Ownership: All content, materials, methodologies, training modules, presentations, videos, and any other intellectual property provided by AIBS (including those developed by Strategic Business Techspace) are the exclusive property of AIBS or its licensors.
- Use License: Enrollment grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the course materials solely for your personal educational purposes.
- Prohibitions: You are expressly prohibited from:
- Sharing, distributing, reproducing, selling, or uploading any course materials in any format.
- Using AIBS materials for commercial purposes or for training others outside of your personal role within your organization.
- Recording, downloading, or live-streaming any AIBS session without prior written permission.
- Code of Conduct
- Professionalism: Participants are expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and respect in all interactions with instructors, staff, and fellow participants.
- Misconduct: AIBS reserves the right to terminate a participant's enrollment, without refund, for engaging in disruptive, unethical, or illegal behavior, including but not limited to plagiarism, harassment, or violation of IP rights.
- Limitation of Liability
- No Guarantee of Results: AIBS provides educational services aimed at bridging the knowledge gap in AI. While the school aims to empower leaders for sustainable superior performance, it does not guarantee specific business outcomes, investment success, or startup performance.
- Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIBS, Strategic Business Techspace, and their affiliates from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the services or your breach of these Terms.
- Maximum Liability: In no event shall AIBS's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount of the course fees paid by you.
- Privacy
- AIBS collects and uses personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to AIBS processing your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Strategic Business Techspace is legally registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
- Changes to Terms
- AIBS reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on the AIBS platform. Your continued use of the services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
